爆炒花甲好吃的做法如下:
主料:花甲、青椒、红椒、大蒜、生姜、小葱、洋葱、盐、胡椒粉、味精、蚝油。
辅料:食油3汤匙、食盐3克、料酒1茶匙、海鲜酱1汤匙、生抽1.5茶匙、青尖椒2条、香葱1把、姜1小块。
1、把花甲放入水中,加入少许的盐,放入冰袋养3小时左右。切好姜丝,葱段,青椒去籽去小段。
