我的建议是，不要直译，不要被中文牵着鼻子走，重要的是你需要传达什么信息。
中文是习惯说“一行几人”的，但英文未必。
如果你的重点在于这五个人本身，不妨直接罗列出他们的名字；
如果你同时也需要强调一共有五个人，可以用同位语从句，例如：
The five honorable guests, Tom, Jim, Will, Alice and Lily together went to ...本回答被提问者和网友采纳
