My hometown is Liu'an, in Anhui Province. You may hear a name called Liu'an Guapian. Yes, it is the very famous product from my town. Guessing from its name, you may imagine that it were a kind of medicine, but it does not! It is a special kind of historical and traditional Chinese tea, which is one of the most famous ten kinds of tea in China. The gardeners must pick only leaves within ten days after the Grain Rain in the late spring, so that the tea smells fragrant but not astringent, and tastes strong but not bitter.
