1.among主要用于三者或三者以上，其宾语通常是表示笼统数量或具有复数意义的名词或代词。 2.among有时相当于one of， 即“…当中的一个”。among还可引出形容词最高级的比较范围，但须注意最高级形式出现在among之前或之后意义有所不同。 New York is among the largest cities in the world. 纽约是世界上最大的几座城市之一。 London is among the greatest cities of the world. 伦敦是世界上最好的城市之一。 This book counts among the best of his works.
