Abstract: In recent years many serious food security issues in our country , showing the relevant legal provisions are not sound enough not perfect in our country , the effective scope is narrow, content is too old and small issues on the rectification and improvement, which proposed to China's food safety law should have focus, namely, strict production issue, supervision issue, compensation issue, the final recommendations to take both legal and moral constraints to improve the food market system, and at the same time needs the government, enterprises, and citizens to work together.

摘要：近年来我国发生多起严重的食品安全问题，显现出我国相关法律条款不够健全不够完善、有效范围窄、内容太过陈旧，整治力度小等问题，由此提出对我国食品安全法律应该具有的侧重点，即严把生产关、监督关、赔偿关，最后建议采取法律和道德两方面约束来改善食品市场的秩序，同时需要政府、企业、公民的共同努力
