🌈准备食材
🌟雪媚娘皮:糯米粉120g,玉米淀粉30g,牛奶180g,糖40g,黄油10g,橙色食用色素适量(或者用南瓜粉)

1 柿子去皮取出果肉
2 奶油加细砂糖打发
3 糯米粉、玉米淀粉、细砂糖、牛奶搅拌均匀,加色素调色,过筛一遍
4 盖上保鲜膜扎几个小孔,上锅蒸25分钟左右
5 蒸好取出放入黄油,不烫手的时候揉匀,多拉扯几分钟面皮更有韧性
6 分成小份擀薄,铺在小碗上,挤入奶油,放入柿子收口包好,在装饰成小柿子就好啦!
