Cloud computing model of cooperation office
Along with the delvelopment of society,almost all of the enterprises face changes since the entrance of prensent network era:such as customer needs, enterprise existence enviroment, competitors, technology revolution and etc, the traditional office models can`t meet the development requirement of enterprises,enterprise must improve their own operational efficiency and strain capacity, cooperation office model emerge at the right time.However,to traditional cooperation office model, only those large enterprises can afford for its utility, middle and small enterprises can afford for it, with the propose of cloud computing definiton which makes this problem have some hope.This thesis based on the discussion of cooperation office and cloud computing characteristic, unite its advantage and disadvantage to discuss cloud computing model under cooperation office, give reference for enterprises and public institution to take effect on related strategies.

Cloud Computing Mode of OA
With the development of the society, we have entered the current Internet age. The enterprises are facing a variety of changes every day: the changes of customers' demand, the changes of the survival environment of the enterprises, the changes of the competitors, the changes of the technological innovation and so on. We now put a new premium on information management so the traditional working mode cannot meet the demand of the enterprises' development. This requires the enterprises to improve their operation efficiency constantly, enhance the ability of meeting the emergency. Therefore, OA emerges. Whereas the small and medium sized enterprises cannnot afford the fund that is necessary for the traditional OA mode, although only big ones have enough capital to invest to truly operate the OA system. The introducing of the concept of cloud OA brings new hope to the problem.
