I was written a long letter. 我正在写一封长信。
A long letter was written to me. 有人给我写了一封长信。

从语法角度看，两句都是正确的。但是题目要求是把主动句改写为被动句，所以第一句就错了。追问

be+动词过去分词是被动语态，我与写这个动作之间是主动关系，所以是不符合的追问
