本文对搅拌装置叶轮设计理论进行了研究,设计出一种满足液-液、固-液药液基本混合要求的搅拌装置,并对其所产生的搅拌流场、浓度场、临界转速以及流量进行了数值模拟,所做的主要工作有:
1.通过对流体混合理论的研究,设计一种组合搅拌装置;
2.利用Pro/ENGINEER三维软件对搅拌装置叶轮进行三维造型;
3.利用现有的图形软件对搅拌流场、浓度场、临界转速以及流量进行了数值模拟,并考核其搅拌的功率系数,以证明搅拌器设计的合理性;
4.对药池内的流场进行实验研究,并把实验所得到的数据和模拟的数据相对比。
