很多地方都将这里的"响应"理解成response,其实这是不妥帖的!!
这里的"响应"不是简简单单地理解成"对...的一般性的回应或反应",而是表示对...的支持和赞同,并将某一种精神贯彻和执行的意思

个人以为 该处的"响应"可以翻译成"to comform to/adhere to/abide by"
