Abtract
The global maket competition prompts the enterprises to pay special attention to employee motivation. Motivation is also the essence of talent management. To be successful in management, it is critical to establish effective motivation system and take appropriate motivation measures for individual emplyees who are at specific life and career stages in accordance with the enterprise's development phase.
This paper, based on the understanding of current enterprise employee motivation system settings, first analyzes the current situation and mistakes of employee motivation system, and points out the necessity of motivation system innovation. Second, the paper investigates the motivation system of the world Top 500 enterprises. Last, the paper proposes five appropriate motivation implementation methods based on existing problems, so that the enterprise can attract talents and motivate employees to the greatest degree and concequently strengthen the comprehensive competitiveness of the enterprise.
