3、用小勺子取下螃蟹盖中间呈三角形逐渐变细的那部分螃蟹。

4、将蟹肉切成两半,沿蟹脚撕开,然后除去蟹肉。

5、蟹爪分为三个部分,前两个部分可以是螃蟹。

6、壳直接剪开,用勺舀出肉。

7、剩下的最后一个大钳子用剪刀剪开,将被肉吃掉。

注意事项:
1、蟹心,蟹肺,蟹肚子等部位不能进食,进食时要多加注意;
