主料:梭子蟹2只。
辅料:白糖10克、黑胡椒适量、料酒30毫升、干辣椒少许、酱油20毫升、大蒜少许、花椒少许、香菜少许、生姜适量。
1、用刷子把大闸蟹刷清理干净。具体方法如下图所示:

3、锅中放笼屉,把大闸蟹放入盘中,放入蒸锅中,上面放两片姜。具体方法如下图所示:

5、蒸的时候,可以把姜切沫,放入姜、生抽、醋调成汁。具体方法如下图所示:
