Jane came back to the Moor House with Hannah, did many preparations for the Christmas and the sister’s coming. They had a good time there. However, one day, St. John told Jane that he wanted to marry Jane and hoped Jane to go with him to India. And worked for God. Jane understood that St. John did not love her. She agreed to go with him to India but refused to marry him. Mr. St. John did not accept this dicision and had been colder to Jane since then.
