There are no fast skills for studying a language, what you must do is memorizing a lot, read aloud and practice more. Here are some tips for you: a. insist in reading english news paper every day, at leat memorize 20 new words each time,b. watch English movies and pay atention to their daily grammar c.speack English a lot with friends, classmates and teachers.

I think you must listen carefully and be active in class. Speak as much as possible. Don't be afraid of making mistakes. You'd better read widely and learn some important parts by heart. You should practice writing often. Of course there are many other ways.
You can also see English films, learn to sing English songs or make pen pals with foreigners. They are all very helpful. Nothing is difficult if you put your heart into it. I'm sure you'll learn English well.
