如果是表达他已经做完，而做的事大家都不理解，表达一种疑问：他想要干什么？可以用what he wants? 如果就是单纯的想知道接下来他想要做什么，可以用：what does he want to do?
其实都可以，意思区分也没那么明显，用哪个都行~~~~

根据语境。
一般的疑问： what does he want? 他想要什么？
what is he doing?他干什么
带感情色彩的： How dare him?他想怎么样等等类似。。
