there be 句型其实并没有什么特殊含义，只是因为翻译合理增加了 在那里 的含义，但有时候不翻译出来会更通顺
there be句型 其实 和 here be 句型是一样的，都是完全倒装；不然，be 动词 为什么总是看be 后面的名词呢？there 是副词，是不可能做主语的，主语就是be 后面的名词，所以there 只是表语而已
there be 不是固定结构，只是用的多了，你误认为是固定结构罢了；把be 动词换成其它动词也是可以的 ，如
There exists an apple on the table.（桌子上有个苹果）
be动词 换成 exist（存在） 也是可以的
所以there be 句型只是个完全倒装结构，没有什么意思本回答被提问者和网友采纳
