我的意思是,用英语解释他们的区别=.=
as the infinitive, it has two meanings: the future tense & purpose; as "-ing", it means "persistence/last or under progress (continuous tense)"; as for "-ed", it implies "past & done" e.g (1) a friend asks me to help her. here "to help" is as the OC.(object complement
) of the object "me". it (to help) doesn't happen yet. (2) i saw him lying on the ground. "lying" as the OC of "him", it means the action was happening when "i saw" him. (3) she went out with the door locked. "locked" is the OC of "the door" which means when she went out, the door was locked. the action has been taken.
RRC(the restrictive relative clause) & NRRC(the non-restrictive relative clause) differences: (a) form; (b) meaning; (c); relative word; (d) antecedent
e.g (1) His brother who is now a lawyer always encourages him to go to college. in this sentence, "brother" is the antecedent, "who" is the relative pronoun; there is no coma between "brother" and "who" and it means he has not only one brother, he has other brothers. (2)His brother, who is now a lawyer, always encourages him to go to college. here, "brother" is also the antecedent, and "who" is the relative pronoun, but there is a coma between them; and it means he has only one brother without any other brothers.
i just set two examples, if you have any questions, you can keep asking me. i have no time to answer the next question, but if i'm free, i'll come back to pick up this question.
