好久没有学英文了看到这样一句话，不知道对不对，请指正！
It is well known that government is a powerful authority of the whole country.To deal with environmental pollution,which may cause by a unnoticeable place but directly influences wide-range, people are aspire useful methods.Government has stable standard to define ‘pollution’ and its rank,therefore,they could assess or manage pollution efficiently.

1. the whole country是特指某个国家，that 后面的government应该是特指，前面加定冠词the，或者our之类的代词；
2.pollution是由什么引起的，而不是主动cause，所以may cause应该改为 may be caused，至于by后面的一段，我也认为是有问题的，但是因为不知道你原文表示的意思，无法指出；
3.people are aspire不对；be 动词后面要接动词的现在分词。同时，我认为aspire useful methods这种说法有待商榷，当然，这个也要看你原文意思才知道；
4. therefore不是真正意义上的连词，不能连结两个完整的句子，所以rank后面要用句号结束句子。
5. Government是单数名词，最后一句不能用they指代。
