用uncle就可以了，老外不分堂亲，表亲。姓知道吗？不知道也没关系。你的名字如果是张三的话，可以直接写，I'm San, the son of XXX就可以了。没必要写姓。如果你坚持要写姓的话，就是你说的那种写法。
