too只有“也”的意思，so可以表示“所以、确实”等意思
so多出来的一些用法：
所以：He studied hard,so he passed the exam.作连接词表示"所以"
确实：A:I saw him studying all day long. B: So he is.这里表示B赞同A的说法，认为确实是这样，学了一天。
那么作"也"用的时候，too接在句尾比较常见，so一般用so+
be动词/助动词/
情态动词+sb.
如：I have a pen.
那么用“也”来造句的话：
He has a pen,too. =So does he.需要注意语态，以及动词变化。（助动词）
又如：I am happy.
两个词造句为：He is happy,too. =So is he.（be动词）
再如：You must finish the homework.
He must finsh the homework,too. =So he must.（情态动词）
