a quite 与 quite a 的区别

不知道什么时候用a quite,什么时候用 quite a 呢?
还有rather也是这样,什么时候用a rather 什么时候用 rather a 呢?

a quite / a rather 是陈述语气。quite / rather 在这里就是程度状语，表示“有些，相当的”

quite a / rather a 是感叹语气。quite / rather 在这里是语气词，表示“哈！还真有点。。。”

例如：
That's a quite interesting topic. 这是个有意思的话题。
That's quite an interesting topic. 这话题还真有趣啊。

rather的用法语此类似。
