2、将瘦肉切片后再切成条状

洋葱、尖椒过油时间不宜太长,下锅后十秒八秒就行了。 2、材料回锅翻炒的时候,时间也不需要太长,炒透就行了。 3、肉过油八成熟就行了,后面的余温会让它熟透,炒出来的肉才嫩。
