With the advance of world economic integration, and the knowledge economy era, the level of science and technology has become an important deciding factor in the competitive position, while the quality of the staff and vitality has become the fundamental driving force for enterprise development. The quality of the use of incentives to some extent determines the success or failure of the enterprise. How to make good use of incentives faced by various enterprises to become a very important issue. This paper describes the important value of corporate employee incentive to analyze the current Chinese enterprises employee incentives problems for issues recommendations on measures to improve staff motivation, so that it can more effectively motivate employees to form a good incentive mechanism, and fully staff play the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity, to achieve sustainable development of enterprises.
