宾语从句的主谓宾是怎么分的？

Question

He told me (that ）he would go to college the next year.

Teachers were asking me whether I had gone there or not at that time.

这两句前面不是已经有宾语me了吗 后面的部分怎么看也不像宾语。 哪位告诉帮忙告诉一下是怎么回事。 谢谢！

主句He told me，主谓宾是完整的，但是表达的意思并不完全，从句进行补充说明。就是他告诉我，告诉我什么内容，告诉我这个宾语什么内容就是宾语从句的作用了。
