德国商务签证一般没有什么正规模板，仅仅符合以下条件就可以：申请人的职务、入职时间、月薪、出行原因和保证保留其职务（必须用公司抬头信纸出具，负责人（注明职务）签名和加盖公章，否则在信纸上注明公司地址、电话、传真号码。）如中方公司承担费用，请于工作证明注明。
