高二关于非谓语动词的问题~我仅剩12分~~

1.You'd better have that bad tooth (be pulled) out.
为什么括号中不是pulled？如果你用被动来解释我觉得不通~~因为e.g:I want to make myself understood.这里为什么就不是be understood?
2.He spent as much time as he could (to teach) the child.
为什么不是teaching?前面不是有spend吗？
3.Ask the teacher, and he will tell you answer.
为什么开头用ask不是asking等其他非谓语动词而是一个谓语？那这个句子岂不是有两个谓语了？

1，2你都对的，不知道是题目答案忽悠你还是你的老师忽悠你。

第三题，这里是固定句型，祈使句+and等于if的条件状语从句，比如Study hard and you will pass the exam=If you study hard, you will pass the exam. 开头当然不能用非谓语动词，因为后面有个and啊，and不就可以连接两个谓语动词？

我觉得应该是pulled，因为have sth. done，修自行车，have my bike repaired，不是我自己修的，是别人修
至于make myself understood，是被动，understood又是过去分词，这里作补语

第二题的确比较疑惑一点，不过to do 有表示目的的意思，为了...

祈使名+and/or/but/等连词，这是常用句型，这里and的话，有递进的意思

1.have sth done 指请别人为自己做某事，如：I want to have my hair cut.(cut为过去分词)。所以填pulled
2.spend some time doing sth 固定搭配。所以填teaching。
3.祈使句。句首可以加上you，就容易理解了。
