【用法】
familiar with
语法：人做主语时用with，一般是指某人熟悉某人、某物。
familiar to
语法：物做主时用to， 是某物、某事为某人所熟悉。

1.familiar 作“熟悉的”用时，可与with/ to 连用。
be familiar with sth 某人对某事物熟悉
sth be familiar to sb 指某事物为某人所熟悉
