　　理由三：同时，影响全球的社会类问题还可以通过各个国家通力合作的方式进行解决。只解决本国内的问题，很可能随着问题的恶化，从而受到来自其他国家的负面影响。并且，整合各个国家在科学技术领域的优势，用先进的方式，相互帮助，解决各国的问题，从而可以保证从根本上解决问题，不再“复发”。

　　1.在托福写作的直接引语中，句首字母要大写。例如：“Then，”I said，“You havebeen making a mistake，and the letter is not in the apartment。”“那么，”我说，“你准弄错了，这封信并不在那栋房子里。”
　　2.星期、月份名称的第一个字母要大写，但季节第一个字母不大写。例如：Sunday星期天，August八月，winter冬天，spring春天。
