关于形容词比较级用法的问题

The price of the blue pants is far higher than the price of that green pants
变一下
The price is far higher of the blue pants than of green pants

这种说法对吗？
另外，如果这种变法是正确的，它怎么称呼呢？（英语语法里怎么称呼它）

1. 同级比较
两个比较对象程度相同时,用“as+形容词原级+as的结构”
例如： Tom is as tall as his brother.
My hair is as long as mine.
在这两种结构中,第一个as是副词,而第二个as是连词；在第二个as的后面接名词、句子或代词的主格（一般不要接代词的宾格）.例如：
