我的老师曾说过把该去的去掉再分析。如（Who is )the man (that) is reading a book over there把括号里的去掉，显然the man 是主语，that是修饰主语的，所以做主语。
The girl that we saw yesterday is her sister，这句话要把它弄成的语序 we saw the girl yesterday is her sister.显然we是主语，saw是谓语 the girl 是宾语，修饰宾语的that就是做宾语
