一般疑问句是能用Yes或者no来回答的，叫一般疑问句，比如is he your brother?--yes he is/no he isn't,
特殊疑问句是不能用yes/no回答的比如who is he?--he is my brother

句型可归纳为两点：
1）原来句子中的谓语位置上是be动词或是情态动词+谓语动词的句子，把be动词或情态动词提前。
2）谓语位置上除上面两种情况外的，根据句子时态用 do/does/did 提前，剩下的照抄。（do/does/did 提前后，后面谓语动词变原形；提问时，第一人称要改为第二人称，而第二人称要改为第一人称。）
eg. 1 She is my cousin? (改：Is she your cousin?)
You must do your homework first.(改： Must I do my homework first?)
eg.2 Lucy runs faster than Lily.( 改：Does Lucy run faster than Lily? )
Tom forgot to bring his notebook to school this morning.(改： Did Tom forget to bring his notebook to school this morning? )
一般疑问句的回答用：Yes, ……/ No, ……
回答大多是 首尾呼应，开头用Is she …… 回答用：Yes, she is./ No, she isn't.
开头若用 Does she…… 回答：Yes, she does./ No, she doesn't.
