1,A.have done有结束，做完的意思。不过我怀疑who应该是when吧，不然实在解释不通。这道题不懂have done的意思也没关系，可以用排除法。
B中一个句子有两个动词，排除。C，已经有did了，不用had。D同理
2.A，很普通的一个并列关系的句子啊，你加个and就看出来了，并列关系句子中，前后时态一致。
3.C吧， A.B排除，动词后面加宾格。连接两个动词用to。（个人认为应该是him pretending，答案没错吗？excuse后面宾补加ing形式啊...）
4. A。 B.C 排除，sorry to do sth/sorry for sb为固定用法,delay doing sth固定用法。排除D。

抱歉，我也不知道这句话什么意思，但是看起来是个复合句，所以从句与主句时态要统一，而且是第三人称单数，故应选C.

B.acting
ours应该加名词.

A.he pretend
这句话的意思是我可以原谅他假装什么也不知道，在我的记忆中固定句式好像是excuse sb. do sth.（不确定）

D.to delay to answer
这句话的意思是我很抱歉回答你晚了.be sorry to do sth.是固定句式.

3.B.我查的字典。excuse(v.)的用法：
1)excuse+pron./n.:He will excuse me.
2)excuse+pron./n.+for短语:Excuse me for interrupting you
*3)excuse+动名词：She excused his coming late.
4)Excuse me!
4.A.delay后面只能接动名词，而不能接不定式，而sorry的用法是be sorry to do sth.
