Our earth needs protecting and developing
Nowadays ,people’s living levels are getting higher and higher. But more and more serious problems appear one by one .Such as more and more rare animals near extinction , more and more rivers is polluted , even if our earth is getting warmer and warmer . People history’s gets developed step by step. However, the environment gets deteriorated step by step instead. And it needs thinking deeply by us -----self-righteous people. But how to change the worse situation into a better situation that it can also for the sustainable development?
<1>Protect our environment
First of all , we must train environmental awareness. We can also organize some activities to make more and more people know the importances of protecting environment .For example, you can make a list about the number of the rare animals disappearing each day. You can also use the Internet to do this .This must be more useful. And, as a middle school student , we can do this in bird's eye view. When we have some trash to throw ,we can throw it in a trash box not everywhere. When we have to spit , we can spit in a handchief not on our ground. When we have washed our hands , we should tightening the tap , instead let the tap cried alone. When we see some plastic bottle lying on the ground, we can do a simple motion that pick it up and throw it into a ‘recyclable box’. This is a symbol of human civilization. Of course , this kind of analogous behavior is so many. If we can do like that , at least we try to protect our environment . From the big things into consideration, we can encourage our parents and more relatives walk more ,drive less. Because automobile exhaust can easily pollute our environment .And we can also reduce the using of the air conditioner or you can set your temperature higher , the best is 26 degrees Celsius. We can use the phosphate-free laundry detergent powder. Because it can cause Water eutrophication ,and many water plants will grow crazily, it’s very serious. We can use clean energy such as solar and electricity.
<2>Protect our rare animals .
Recently, a large number of animals disappear in the world. Such as sumatran rhinocerous,cetacea and so on .How bad! They had been living in the earth for thousands of years .But they were killed by people .People may eat them or get profits from them. How cruel and selfish they are .We can imagine that many years ago , even though dogs or cats will not be found. So we must stop killing them and we must protect them as possible as we can. Let people and animals be real friends .
<3>How to achieve the harmony of human and nature?
Nature is tolerant of magic! She has self-repairing ability, but we always breaking this rule to our life faces suffering! Recently, all over the world are faced with natural disasters, Russia and China fires raging flood disaster, the world's disease were let us uneasy. Some say this is god gave us punishment, indeed, since the industrial revolution, Britain, the industrial development of the people about the dangers of rapidly, but let us horror, biochemical pollution and wastewater.
Our earth mother gave us a lot in, and we should not so! We should protect the environment, from the protection from rare animals, from small start! Now most of each country adopted measures to protect the earth. According to law, if we can develop step by step, we can reach the harmony of man and nature. The earth will be better .
<4>The prophecies of the future
Everybody have seen the film<2012> by the destruction is that we cannot imagine. But we don't have to worry about this. As students, we can start from our reach, the chemical experiment, to prevent pollution, we can take some measures. When we are doing the experiment of burning sulfur, can avoid the sulfur dioxide pollution of air. In the hunt to see those cruel behavior, dare to revolt! Those that we should do is to do!
We are the future of our motherland, and now the development of science and technology has been very quickly, and may be in the future, human beings may be far away from outer space! But we also want to protect our earth, survival is she raised our achievements, we, embracing the us! Let us start from now, ok?

Today,it is my great honor to be here and talk about environment,I'll try my best! The title of my speech is“let's do it right now.”
Nowadays with the rapid development of advanced science technology, people's standard of living have been improved, particularly material life in a great way.However,the increasing environmental problems also become more and more obvious and trouble us.
The world we live in is intolerable now because of environmental destruction.Bird flu and Sars are two typical examples that environmental destruction may threaten our life. Besides forest destruction , water and air pollution result in decrease of planting land and unpleasant weather.
Serious as the problem seems, we can come up with some measures to deal with it. First of all, the authorities should adopt the policy of "sustainable development" and laws concerning environmental protection should be put into effect and enforced strictly just as our government has been doing.
Pollution has been a serious problem for a certain time around the world.
At present, some measures have been taken to prevernt. For example, people classify the garbage and some is recycled after being collected. People are also encouraged to use paper products instead of plastic products because we know that our living
condition will be worse if we keep ignoring this problem. And I believe we can prevent pollution if everyone makes the efforts.
What' s more, every citizen should realize the seriousness of the problem and make concerted efforts to protect our environment. In addition, planting trees helps improve and beautify the environment.
Only by changing the way we treat the environment can we get along well with it. Only by saving the environment can we save ourselves.
Environmental problems are to the point of urgent.Let's do something to protect environment right now!From now on!

Protect the Environment
Good morning, my honorable judges:
I feel so happy to have the chance to make a speech. The title of my speech is “Protect the Environment”. I hope you will like it.
Everybody knows waste paper and used coke cans are discarded everywhere. You might have seen plastic bags flying in the sky and getting caught in the trees when the wind blows or maybe you have seen old cans floating in the rivers. Our environment is the place which we live, but it is being ruined by us.
There is a story about a house and trees. It is said that a man’s house was surrounded by a lot of trees. Though the wind was strong, that man could have a good rest under the trees. How comfortable the life was! One day, that man wanted to enlarge his house, so he cut down all the trees. Then the autumn came without the protection. The strong wind blew the roof of the house into the sky. The whole house was gone with the wind. What a pity! But that’s the price people have to pay for destroying in the ecology balance. People shouldn’t be short-sighted. Protecting the environment is everyone’s task.
As you know, there are four kinds of pollution. They are air pollution, water pollution, waste pollution and noise pollution. But what can we do to solve the pollution? I think, first, we can make cars that don’t pollute the environment. Second, we can try to use less water and make sure that we do not pollute the water. Third, we should not throw rubbish in the parks. We can pick up rubbish if we see it. Fourth, we can live far from the noise.
The air, water and the whole atmosphere directly influenced our lives, such as the air, people may cough and it will lead to cancer. So we must try our best to keep the world clean and tidy. You might ask yourself, “Have I ever picked up some rubbish and thrown it into a dustbin? Have I ever collected waste paper or bottles for recycling?” If your answers are “Yes”, it means that you have already done something useful to improve the environment.
In order to make the environment clean, let’s join our hands together to make the world better.

As we all know,the environmemt around us is getting worse and worse .In some places we can’t see fish swimming in the river or trees on the hills. Some people even have no clean water to drink. So I think we must do something to protect the environment. .But what can we do? How to protect our environmemt? For example, we can go to school on foot or by bike . we can use shopping basskets not plastic bags .when we go shopping and we can use both sides of the paper when we write .In a word ,if everyone pays more attention to our environment ,there will
be less pollution and our life will be better.

ENVIRONMENT PROTECTING SPEECH
GOOD AFTERNOON:
Ladies and gentlment, my topic today is <<please protect our environment>>
As China' economy grows, people'using of natural resource is also
increasingly developing. As a result, sometimes the demand is exceeding supply. What's worse, in order to get a great profit, people even exploit it in an illegal/ unscientific way. And nowadays the unwise behaviour has brought about lots of environment problems, such as global warming, white pollution and so on, which has seriously influenced people's daily lives.
To improve the situation, I do believe measures should be taken right now.
First and foremost, I think the specific efforts should be centered around restoration, conservation, sustainable using and establishing conservation network and organization.
Secondly, society should provide a platform for departments, local governments, enterprises, experts and the public to share information and improve cooperation on reducing pollution.
Last but not least, society also need to encourage the public and enterprises to consume and produce in a sustainable way ,and facilitate the development of more effective policy.
Only in this way, can we stop the accelerating degadation of earth's natural environment, can we live in greater harmony with nature.
