2.没有非常明确的表示过去式的词，例如ago，last等又有过去的含义的要用完成时。
3.这里是比较经典的主动代替被动，因为是自己呼吸，比如I have clothes to wash就是自己要洗，而I have clothes to be washed是要别人来洗。
4.english spoken表示英语口语，当它是固定搭配好啦
5.貌似没有to be doing的用法
6.take it as a principle是固定搭配
7.前面的news 有特指那个涨价的新闻，后面的petrol没有特指
8.这道题从语法讲没有问题，但兼顾外国人的常规用法
9.表状态，用形容词

有yet，还是完成时。
to do做补语，不需要被动。
英语口语spoken
前面有had，to do一般表示未发生的事，此处分词作状语。
take此处是采取的意思，make是“使……，或制作……”
虽然前文没出现，但是后文将具体内容了，前面肯定是“你听说那个消息了吗？”
instead这里是反而的意思，其他一个是“然而，或无论如何”，另一个是“但是，还”
表示状态，饿的累的，形容人，怎么能用副词呢？把成分省略了而已啊
你初中的知识很不扎实，需要好好补补

2 B用完成时表示对现在的影响（这题其实很牵强，A严格讲没问题，不过这是试题，所以你懂的，按照出题人的思路答题吧）

也可以按这条语法规则理解：不定式在原句里用主动语态表达被动意思
