口语省略be, 如： not me; 

加 do not

祈使句否定，如： Don't touch it.

反义疑问句，如 Do you like it, don't you?

系动词的否定，如：It didn't sound reasonable.

从英语理解上应该是没有加do not的，都是加not，只是普通肯定句助动词do没有，否定句表现出来。
