老板申请香港旅游签证，香港入境处通过了签证但通过的时间太迟以致错过了参展，现在想再申请旅游签证，入境处要求一封英文解释信解释为什么上次不到港要重新签证，内容表明上次签证通过没法到港的理由是香港入境事务处批准签证的时间太晚，无法参加当时举办的展览。现在想重新申请签证，望批准。实在不会写，求各位大神帮忙！！万分感谢！！！

The reasons that I didn’t arrive in HK on last visa and have to reapply the visa are as below:

1. The purpose that I applied for tourist visa last time is that I would like to attend an exhibition hold at Hong Kong. But unfortunately, the visa was issued too late that I have missed the exhibition time and that’s why I didn’t go.

2. This year I would like to attend the exhibition again, and hope that I can be granted a visa timely.

实在太感谢了，如果要改一下原因，改为有事而耽误了行程导致不能抵达HK，应该怎么改啊，实在感激大神帮忙！！！！

The purpose that I applied for tourist visa last time is that I would like to attend an exhibition hold at Hong Kong. But unfortunately, I couldn't have time to attend it for having personal issues to deal with. 第一点原因改为因为有私事要处理导致没时间参加。
