在上午 in the morning
在中午： at noon
在夜里： at night

具体到某一天或某一天的早上，下午，晚上，或早上，下午，晚上前有形容词时都是用ON，如果只说在早上，下午，晚上就用IN，,在某年/月/季度等也是用IN如
