信封的书写方式：
A. Addressee's name and address: 收信人及地址在信封中间偏下，地址与信封上边缘留空约4cm。寄达国名应用大写字母。
a. Blocked Form of Address齐头式地址书写方式，如：

b. Indented Form of Address 缩格式地址书写方式， 如：
Mr. John Smith (Addressee's name)

B. Return Address:寄信人地址几邮编写在左上角，如：
Roman International Inc.
2203 Broadway
New York, N.Y. 100101(Post Code)

C. Special Notations特别注意事项，要加下划线，位于信封左下角，如：
Urgent 紧急, Printed Matters印刷品, Confidential机密, etc.
D. Stamp 邮票，贴在信封右上角，如果粘贴多枚邮票可将全部邮票粘贴在信封背面。
