说具体数字时用one；

Though it’s not a very busy one, I still feel very substantial and happy.
改成：Though it’s not a very busy one, it's rich and i feel happy.
“feel very substantial” 这样表述不合适，外国人很少这么说，词语也用太深，rich足矣，所以我建议分开来说。

大多是中国人的用语影响了用于的表述，中国人的通病。
纯属个人意见，也有不十分恰当的，仅供参考。
