I work and live in Canada and have lots of experience in and with UK.
Both Canada and UK are very inclusive. While discrimination happens every where in the world, these 2 countries could easily be the best in the world, in terms of anti discrimination, multi-culturalism, diversity, anti oppression and positive space. These terms are all about the same thing: discrimination prevention. You can tell these countries deal with the issue well.
Except perhaps Oxford and Cambridge which are difficult to get in, quality of university education in these 2 countries is about the same. In both countries, there are lots of visa students from China who do not go to school at all.
In Canada, after your graduation, you can apply for a work permit, and after one year, landed status.
Canada is easier to survive. Cost of living is lower and income higher. In UK, almost everything, except salary, doubles those in Canada.
