第一句，from( which) he could see nothing but trees. 一定是which, 因为前面有介词from, 不能填where, 因为这里where= from which

第二个空（in whose) factory..., 因为后面是factory, 所以一定要有介词in, 而factory是the friend's factory, 所以用whose连结，合起来就是in whose factory...

第三个， 用who.因为是定于从句，指的是当医生的brother. 如果有个and 连结的话，可以用he。...brother, and he works as .....此时就是并列句啦。

补充问题，是不是应该是my families( )are..., 不然就要用is 啊？anyway, 此时的family,应该指的是家人，因为后面提到fans，是人，所以用who. 而且是从句的主语，不能用whom

最后一个我个人觉得that和which 都可以
