  这一段时间有很多旅游界的朋友和我联系,问我对2009年中国旅游市场的判断,根据对中国旅游业这么多年的研究,我认为“覆巢之下,焉有完卵”,中国旅游业肯定会受到较大影响,但是国内游、出境游、入境游受到的冲击是不一样的,受冲击最大的是入境游。下面作简单分析:

  1、国内游会受到一定的冲击,旅游是人们满足温饱问题之后的精神需求产品,在基本生活都会受到一定影响的经济危机形势下,大家首先削减的开支就是奢侈品消费和精神文化消费,所以旅行社企业会明显的感觉到09年的市场萎缩,对国内游的影响又可以根据出游距离分为三个不同的层次:

  (1)国内高端产品市场:国内游中受影响最大的是西藏、新疆这些国内的高端产品,这些产品的售价较高,客户主要是公务市场的客户,普通老百姓自费去这两个地方的较少,如果国家出台相关限制旅游会议消费的政策,那么对新疆、西藏的旅游影响会比较大,从2008年的奥运会的挤出效应也可以清楚地看到这一点;

  (2)国内旅游热线市场:海南、云南、桂林、北京、华东这些热线受到的影响不象新疆西藏这样大,因为这些目的地的知名度较高,旅游接待体系已经比较成熟,旅游产品的直观价格不高,一般在1000—3000元之间,普通大众一般都能接受这种报价,工作没有受到影响,生活稳定的公务员、教师及广大的白领群体还会执行自己的旅游休闲计划,这些热点目的地无疑是他们的首选;

  (3)国内短途旅游市场:经济危机形势下,国内短途游由于时间短、消费低,会成为取消长途旅游休闲计划的替代品,因此以周末游为主要表现形式的短途旅游将成为经济危机影响和中国假日制度改革的受益者,大城市周边的旅游景点和度假村2009年将依然人流如潮,靠近消费市场就成为这些地方最大的优势了。

  2、出境游市场:由于人民币的持续升值和世界主要货币的相对贬值,人民币的购买力优势得到了充分的显现,经济危机虽然影响了普通人的生活,但是对于那些有能力出境的富裕阶层来说,影响相对较小,人民币的升值反而会促使他们产生去国外旅游的冲动,因此出境游受到的影响可能还略小于国内游,前提条件是国家不出台相关政策,因为公务旅游一直是出境旅游商务考察的主力军;东南亚、日本、韩国这些目的地由于产品直观价格较低,受到的影响可能会更小一点,欧洲、美国游受到的影响可能会大一点。

  3、入境游市场:由于这次金融危机的波及面太大了,和1998年的东南亚金融危机不可同日而语,因此入境游市场受到的影响将是非常大的,可以预见到的是来自于欧洲、美国等发达国家地区的游客会大大减少,来自于日本、韩国、东南亚的游客也会锐减,只有来自于台湾、香港、澳门的游客不会受到太大的影响。
