Today, I am standing beside the gate of my new school - middle school- everything is new and unusual for me. Somehow, this new environment reminds me of my past school. Yesterday is like an old image popped up from my mind, also like a page flipping story and I am still reading it over again.
I still remember six years ago, I walked into the gates of my elementary school, just like now, everything was new to me. At that time, I was much shorter and the gates seem much taller. Slowly, I grew taller and taller each day, and my knowledge got bigger and bigger each day.
I was the kind of students who love their primary school and miss their old school so much like having a constant stomach ache. I still remember on the first day, my math teacher putted my small hand into her large hand and held me walking into a new bright classroom. She was my favourite teacher. She treated everyone in the class equally. Also she took care of my classmates and me, and we all loved her. Sometimes, she may beome really strict, but we all know that because she loves us and wants us to be better and better. Most of the times, she was really nice. She brought candies and cookies for us, and she also read us stories and tell us really interesting news. She was like our second mother at school.
Six years passed really fast, and I really enjoyed them. Sometimes I wished that I could go back, but I know there are many more problems that are in front of us and waiting for me to solve. And there are many more difficulties that we have to face in the future. However going into middle school might be a new challenge, and I am willing to face this challenge. Maybe, after three years when I look back, my middle school might give me as joyful experiences and memories as my elementary school did.
Now, I am looking straight and walking into the gates. Will I like my middle school? Will it be fun? Will I be fine? Well, I can't answer these questions now. At least I know, right now, a whole new world is right in front of me and waiting for me to explore.
