常见的利益冲突类型有以下六种(6P)：
公共责任与个人利益(Public duty versus private interest)：我的资助者或研究资助者是否存在可能与公众利益冲突的个人或经济利益？
可能性(Potentialities)：我、我的所属单位或研究资助单位是否会获得金钱或其它知识产权方面的收益而导致他人怀疑我的研究数据？
偏见(Perception)：他人将如何理解我的资助者或研究资助单位在研究概念、研究监督、研究设计、研究实施和论文撰写方面的参与行为？
公正(Proportionality)：我的资助者或研究资助单位在所有研究决策中的参与行为是公正合理的吗？
从容(Presence of mind)：如果我忽略或不声明利益冲突，我将面临什么后果？如果编辑、审稿人或读者对我的赞助者或研究赞助者的参与行为提出质疑，我能够给予合理的回答吗？
承诺(Promises)：我、我的单位或研究资助单位是否对研究的执行或发表做出过相关承诺或保证？我会从这些承诺或决定中获利或承受损失吗？

简洁一点的话，除非论文的作者因论文涉及到商业利益问题，编辑才会要求写得很清楚，不然一般用如下也可：

一般都在参考文献之前啊，这个要求在abstract和文章末尾陈述啊。
比如：

We declare that we do not have any commercial or associative interest
that represents a conflict of interest in connection with the work
