一、含义不同：
interesting：
adj.有趣的；令人感兴趣的，有趣的；引起兴趣的；令人关注的
interested：
adj.感兴趣的；拥有权益的；有成见的

二、使用中主语不同：
interesting：作表语时，主语通常是物。作定语时，既可修饰人，也可修饰物。
