Due to intense competition, our profit is very low, the profit of this order is only about USD $10, your proposal of a refund of USD $50 is unacceptable to us, as behaviours like this would lead us to Bankruptcy.

Dear Sir/Madam, I'm so sorry for the incurred troubles to you. In order to solve the problems soon, we would like to refund US30$ to you. As you know, our profit is very low because the competition in this line is very intense. We only earn about US10$ from you PO, so I'm sorry we couldn't afford US50$ refund which will absolutely make us bankrupt.
