In the first phase of my research, the Systematic Layout method has provided an extensive coverage of various factors in the production process, bringing notable result to the plant layout. Nevertheless,since many data involved were placed heavy reliance on expertise, such as the determination of non-logical material flow, or the weight of evaluation factors, the experiment failed to achieve the goal of optimizing the plant layout on the theoretical level through building an applicable mathematical model. Therein lies something to be desired.
In the second phase of my research, having drawn a lesson from the previous one, I equipped myself with more theoretical knowledge to a comprehensive level, in order to take an optimum control of the production process. Unfortunately, due to the limited experimental condition, some practical factors had to be left out of account, which consequently caused hindrance to my experiment to fully reflect the real production process. As a result, my research could only remain at the mathematical modeling level without experimental validation, thereby posing a serious challenge to me. However the results were always unsatisfactory, it was attributed to the lack of experimental conditions, so we had to ignore many practical factors so that the real production process could not be well reflected through the experiment. My research could stay on the mathematical model only without experimental verification. This situation drives me CRAZY. But I think, if I study in XXX, access to state of the art theory and technology, and advanced experimental equipment, I will be able to achieve my goal.

In my first experience of research method considering the SLP, although the process of production factors for factory layout has good effect, but many of them need reference data, such as the expert experience WuLiuLiang size and evaluation factors to determine the weighing values of etc. But failed to establish a mathematical model is very good for the Angle from theory to realize factory layout optimization. But in the first the go through studying paragraph of me, arrange to have very good effect to in-plant though SLP follows a lot of factors having considered procedure of production,many data among them all requires that experience , Bi Ru consulting an expert are not rate of flow-size deciding , estimating that the factor weighs up heavy ascertaining that and so on of thing. But can not realize in-plant arrangement optimization during the past a very good building-up mathematic model coming the angle from theory. This is regretful to become my one also.
In second the go through studying paragraph of me, I have absorbed the first time lesson, by grasping the optimization coming to realize procedure of production more theory knowledge.
