that用来引导主语从句。可以在前，也可以在后。that是引导词，在前是不可省略的。若在后则有时可以省略。
That all of us can pass the examination is not certain 。
It is not certain (that) all of us can pass the examination .
在前引导主语从句that不可省略。若省略，句子变成一个主语两个谓语。不符合英语句子习惯。一个主语：all of us。两个谓语：can pass 和is
