这个written是过去分词做定语，相当于which were written；至于predicting是因为前面有介词of，介词后用动词ing形式，至于predicting前面的personal只是形容词，修饰predicting

不是被with隔开的，with后面的应该是做伴随状语的，我不太记得了，希望对你有用。
